libfsntfs-utils software package provides NTFS access library -- Utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfsntfs-utils
libfsntfs-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfsntfs-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfsntfs-utils *
You will get with libfsntfs-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
